ChemistryThe short version
Five things that matter on the night. The full terms, covering the app as well, are on the main site.
Your seat
One seat per member per edition, in your name, not transferable. We hold it for fifteen minutes while you pay; after that it goes back into the room.
Changing your mind
Tell us more than 48 hours before and we move you to another edition. Inside 48 hours the seat is gone — somebody else could have used it. If we cancel, you are refunded in full, automatically.
In the room
Be the person your application described. Nobody is there to be sold to, photographed without asking, or followed home. We will end an evening for one guest to protect the other twenty, without a refund.
Approval
Being approved is not permanent and being turned down is not personal. We do not give reasons, and after a rejection you can apply again once the cooling-off period on your status page has passed.
