ChemistryWhat we keep, and why
The short version lives here. The full policy, which also covers the Chemistry app, is on the main site.
What we collect
- Your name, email and profile photo from Google when you sign in.
- Your application answers, including a phone number and one recent photograph.
- Bookings, payments (Razorpay holds the card details, we never see them) and whether you turned up.
Who sees it
Your application is read by the person reviewing it and nobody else. Your application photograph is never shown to other members — not in the room, not on the site. Other guests learn your first name on the night, from you.
How long
Applications and bookings are kept while your account exists. Delete your account and the application answers and photograph go with it; we keep the minimum a payment record legally requires.
